Jahnavi Harrison

Jahnavi Harrison is a musician, writer and artist whose work is inspired by the tradition of bhakti yoga. Drawing on rich foundational years at Bhaktivedanta Manor in the UK, for over 15 years she has offered her voice and violin playing in the performance of sacred music and call-and-response mantra kirtan, in venues as diverse as corporates, schools, prisons, theatres, hospitals, yoga studios and temples. 

Her sound encompasses rich influences of East and West, and aims to offer an experience which truly nourishes the spirit. She records and releases original music, most recently a spiritual music EP with Willow Smith called ‘RISE’. 

Now living in the USA, she regularly leads live gatherings, concerts and retreats. She is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 2’s ‘Pause for Thought’ and has been a resident artist and affiliate of the Bhakti Center in Manhattan, NYC since 2018.
